At Poliso 3D, we prioritize swift and economical shipping, employing reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Please note that UPS does not make deliveries to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Our distribution center is located in Laguna Hills, California.
Shipping Rates:
Orders: $0 – $34.99: UPS or USPS Ground – $6.00
Orders: $35.00 and Over: Enjoy Free Shipping via UPS or USPS Ground
Kindly be aware that ground shipments typically take 2 to 4 business days, though transit times are approximations.
UPS Air
For enhanced pricing and service, UPS Air rates are available upon request. Please contact us at 1-800-461-9301. When selecting UPS Air, bear in mind that depending on your location, a signature may be required for delivery. It is advisable to ensure someone is available to sign for the package, or have it shipped to a business address where a signatory is present. Please note that BestBuyBinding.com cannot be held liable for UPS Air charges if a signature release is unavailable.
UPS Priority Overnight
For improved pricing and service, UPS Priority Overnight rates are available upon request. Please contact us at 1-800-461-9301. It’s important to note that UPS may not guarantee delivery by 10:30am to certain destinations. Depending on the zip code and address, some packages may be delivered as late as 5pm. Regrettably, UPS cannot provide specific zip codes for these varying delivery times. If you choose UPS Priority Overnight to a remote destination, the guaranteed arrival time may not apply, but next-day delivery will. Precision3Dfilament.com will not issue refunds for Priority Overnight deliveries made to rural areas without a guaranteed delivery time.
Back Ordered Items
Following the initial shipment of in-stock items, any remaining back-ordered items will be sent at no extra cost. If all items are out of stock at the time of order placement, the initial shipping charge is your responsibility. Should we receive a portion of the order, those items will be shipped at the original shipping cost, while any remaining back-ordered items will be shipped free of charge. The choice of shipping method will be determined by the most suitable option. Typically, back-ordered items not dispatched the same day will be sent out the following day. Delivery time will vary based on your location within the continental US. Please be advised that unless otherwise notified, all back-ordered items will be shipped via First Class Mail or UPS Ground.
UPS 2nd Day
Enhanced pricing and service for UPS 2nd Day is available upon request. Please contact us at 1-800-461-9301. Orders placed before 2:30pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. If you place a UPS 2nd Day Air order on Monday, expect delivery on Wednesday (specific arrival times are not guaranteed for these shipments). For orders placed on Thursday, you will receive the order the following Monday (weekend days are not included in travel time).
Return Policy
All returns are subject to the discretion of Poliso 3D and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Requests for an RA number must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Return requests made after 10 days may not be authorized and may incur a 20% restocking charge. Please ensure the RA number is clearly indicated on the shipping label. Refrain from writing on the product boxes, as returns lacking an RA number may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns must be received within 15 days of the original receipt of merchandise, in the same packaging and condition as initially shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was received defective, damaged during shipment, or not as ordered. In such cases, Poliso 3D will provide a complimentary return label via email for shipping the product back.
